M+｜Facade Video — Seeing Hong Kong

"Seeing Hong Kong" is a unique public art installation commissioned by M+ Museum for the M+ Tower Facade. This project moved beyond the museum collection to focus on community and education.

As Director, my role was to create a cohesive, large-scale film from individual, small-scale student artwork. The film showcases a series of visual diaries and layered photographic collages created collectively by local secondary school students, transforming their playful imaginations of the city into a monumental display. The resulting film required precision in visual pacing and animation to ensure that the students’ personal narratives and creative voices were successfully amplified across the city skyline.
